Delivery and rollout
Go-live, team training and complete operational documentation. The material stays available in the client area after the project closes.

A short questionnaire, then one deep-dive call. Together they fix the scope, the users, the data sources and the systems to connect to.
Proposal
Detailed scope, schedule and pricing. Whatever falls outside the project boundary is written down explicitly.
Build
Development in short iterations. Each one ends with a version you can run and respond to.
Delivery
Go-live, training and documentation. Access to the material is kept in the client area.
